Deliveries

In most cases we offer a next day delivery service to UK mainland addresses, but it's essential that we discuss this with you first.

Delivery rates are as follows:

£25 for a single worktop.
£10 extra for each additional worktop.

Orders must be received before noon to qualify for next day delivery.

There must be an able bodied person at the address to assist the driver in the unloading of the worktops.  We only undertake delivery to ground floor locations.  The delivery should be checked for damage within twenty four hours so that we can take appropriate action.  After this time oak-worktops.co.uk will not be held responsible for damaged goods.

Our deliveries are made in large vehicles.  It is the responsibility of the customer to advise oak-worktops.co.uk if there will be any problems with delivery, such as narrow lanes or low bridges.  Unusual situations may result in the need for a special delivery and additional costs.  This includes Saturdays and deliveries out side normal business hours which are Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.

oak-worktops.co.uk shall not be held liable for any costs resulting from late delivery due to factors beyond our control and these factors shall not entitle the customer to refuse delivery or cancel the order.
